Catching up
So I have been trying to catch up on my blog. I wish I had more time in my days to keep this blog updated all of the time. But unfortunately I do not. Life around our house has been quite different but we are loving life as it is. We are enjoying being a family of four. I have gone back to work full-time at the clinic, Kenny is still at Academy, Tyler has about 4 days left as a 3rd grader, *CRAZY* And Ash is growing by the day.
Ash is now 4 months old. We go Thursday for his check-up. We'll find out how much he weighs then. He has been pretty healthy. He gets adjusted pretty regularly. Which I am so happy about. I cannot tell you what a difference it has made on his overall health. Other than having a blocked tear duct in his left eye, he has not had any problems. He has not started sleeping through the night yet. He has surprised me twice and slept for about 5 hours straight. But definitely did not continue. He does NOT like Tummy Time.
So, I decided that I would give breastfeeding another try. I tried to nurse Tyler, but unfortunately I was not able to for very long. It lasted 6 weeks and that was it. So, I gave it another try with Ash. And it has gone WONDERFULLY!! I couldn't be happier. I am so happy and thankful to still be nursing him. It has been so special. I will cry the day I wean him off. He has done great with transitioning to a bottle during the day while I am at work. Although, he does feel the need to want to nurse all night when I have been gone all day. Overall...Ash has been an angel baby.
As for Tyler and his little bubby...they are two peas in a pod. Tyler is so proud and is so in love with his little brother. They have nicknames, Tyler is Bubba and Ash is Bubby! Ash is the last thing Ty kisses at night and the first person Ty kisses in the morning. Ash lights up when he sees his Bubba! I am so blessed to have such sweet boys.

| I would like to introduce to you Ashton Brooks Taylor. He was born December 23, 2011 at 12:53am. He weighed 6 lbs and 6 oz. He was 21 inches long. It was a very special Christmas this year. |
